Drone filming at HEWC events is permitted only with prior written approval from the HEWC Media Office. Approval is requested through the drone section of the Media Accreditation form and must be secured before the event — no drone may be flown on site without it. All approved operators must comply with local aviation law and event-specific restrictions, and official championship production holds airspace priority at all times. Unapproved drone operation results in immediate accreditation review.
HEWC is building the operating system for Hard Enduro media — a platform where collaboration, storytelling and creator growth power rider visibility, sustainable media ecosystems and the long-term global growth of the championship.
