• I have consulted a qualified medical professional where necessary.
• I do not suffer from any medical condition that would place myself or others at undue risk.
• I understand that Hard Enduro competition takes place in remote environments and may involve delayed access to advanced medical facilities.

In the event of injury or medical emergency, I authorise:

• HEWC
• The Event Organiser
• Appointed medical personnel

to administer necessary emergency treatment, including evacuation, hospitalisation, or surgical procedures as deemed appropriate.

I understand that:

• I am responsible for all medical expenses incurred.
• This includes evacuation, repatriation, and follow-up treatment.
• I must disclose relevant medical information that may impact emergency care.
• Failure to disclose known conditions may invalidate my participation.

This consent applies only to emergency medical intervention during official HEWC activities.
