I, the participant understand that participation in the FIM Hard Enduro World Championship (“HEWC”) involves inherent risks, including potential health risks due to high physical exertion, challenging terrain, and limited access to medical facilities. I confirm that I have consulted with my physician and am in suitable health to participate in this event.

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the HEWC promoter, event organizers and their appointed medical staff to administer any necessary medical treatment, including but not limited to first aid, medication, hospitalization, surgery, and any other medical procedures deemed necessary. I understand that every effort will be made to contact my emergency contact person as soon as possible in the event of a serious medical emergency.

I agree to disclose any and all relevant medical information to the event organizers to ensure my safety and the safety of others. I also agree to adhere to any medical advice or instructions given by the event medical team.

I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred during the event, including costs of evacuation or repatriation if necessary.
