I acknowledge that Hard Enduro Promotions Marketing Management LLC (“HEP”) holds exclusive international commercial media rights for all FIM Hard Enduro World Championship (“HEWC”) events.

I understand and agree that:

• All HEWC events may be filmed, photographed, live streamed, broadcast, and distributed globally.
• My participation may be recorded in audio, visual, photographic, and digital formats.
• HEP retains exclusive rights to produce, reproduce, edit, distribute, license, transmit, archive, and commercially exploit such content worldwide.
• HEP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deploy POV camera systems on participants, including but not limited to body-mounted harnesses, helmet-mounted cameras, and motorcycle-mounted equipment.

I grant HEP, FIM, and authorised broadcast partners a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use my name, likeness, image, voice, and competition performance for:

• Live broadcast
• Streaming
• Highlights
• Archival footage
• Championship promotion
• Commercial sponsorship integration
• Documentary production
• Social media distribution
• Historical records

This consent applies to all official HEWC media channels and authorised third-party distribution partners.

I acknowledge that:

• I will not independently commercialise race footage without written approval including POV footage.
• Any personal media activity must comply with HEWC Media Rights & Accreditation Framework.
• No compensation is owed for standard broadcast inclusion.
• I will credit and collaborate with HEWC channels

Nothing in this agreement prevents me from using personal imagery for non-commercial personal promotion, provided it does not conflict with HEWC commercial rights.
